After 40 years in the restaurant industry and 20 as an executive chef, I discovered that my favorite part of any dinner service is walking through the dining room to check on guests and get feedback on their experience.

With this in mind, I’ve combined my culinary skills with my passion for one-on-one well being to create Well Living, an individualized way of taking care of clients and families through healthy personalized meals.
I’m an expert in transforming and updating your pantry to provide the right grains, flours, and oils for your diet and well being. But it is the one-on-one conversations that always create the best dish of all.
